Our short courses series

A variety of short courses are under development by the Findhorn College. We aim to schedule at least one a month throughout the year.

Centred on the themes of perennial wisdom and/or eco literacy -- and the practical application thereof these courses will be open to all and many will offer a “Continuing Professional Development” certificate.

Sustainable Leadership: Inner & Outer Resilience in Times of Change
30 August – 4 September

With Gill Emslie, Findhorn Consultancy Service, Sylke Iacone, Pathways Institute for Initiatory Processes, and Dr. Daniel C. Wahl, Findhorn College & Centre for the Study of Natural Design.

This workshop will combine a process work approach to leadership skills with diverse outdoor and indoor activities, and an up-to-date review of best practice at the various scales of sustainability. Our focus is on befriending change and dynamic transformation by developing personal skills for inner resilience, establishing a work-life-balance, and exploring the participatory co-creation of more resilient and sustainable systems and processes through learning from natural processes and listening to the collective wisdom of the group. This programme will be offered as a collaboration between the Findhorn Foundation and the Findhorn College.
