Organisation

The College is an independent non-profit, charitable company established by the Findhorn Foundation – which is itself a charitable trust. It has a Board of Directors, appointed by the Foundation’s trustees and management team.

Findhorn College directors are selected for their experience in facilatating experiential learning environments within academia and/or by their capacities to lead learning institutions. They meet twice yearly and offer guiding oversight and wisdom to the staff.

The Findhorn College is managed by a small core team. Our programmes and courses are taught by expert facilitators and faculty from within our Community and by colleagues living further afield.

The College leases teaching spaces, student accommodation and offices from the Findhorn Foundation. NewBold House (an independent retreat and workshop centre in the Community) and Moray Art Centre also host programmes with us.
