We make every effort to provide courses as described, to ensure that they are appropriate for the participants who book, and to take good care of participants while they are here. However, sometimes we have to cancel a course for reasons beyond our control, or advise an individual that we do not think it is appropriate for them. ACCOMMODATION

The price includes accommodation and meals in the Findhorn Foundation.

Meals are vegetarian.

Accommodation is in shared rooms with shared facilities. There are no rooms with en-suite facilities.

If you plan to arrive before your course starts, or stay after it ends, you may be able to stay in Foundation accommodation, but this cannot be guaranteed. Alternatively, there are many Bed & Breakfast businesses and hotels in the area. Please send me a list of local accommodation.

FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND PAY AGREEMENTS

If you would like to apply for financial support or a pay agreement please click here.

If you would like to help others to participate in College courses, please make a donation to our Financial Support fund.

PAYMENT

Please include a deposit of £95 per course with your Booking. We cannot confirm your booking until this is received. The deposit is not refundable except in certain circumstances (Note 4)

Please note:

  • Payment in full is required 4 weeks before the starting date of your course.

Total fee payable in GB pounds:

A £ 95 non-refundable deposit is required. Please remember that payment in full is required four weeks before the starting date of your programme.

Method of payment

I wish to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Visa Electron). We email you with the details of our secure server.

I will telephone the College to make the payment (Phone +44 (0)1309 678 063. Office hours are 9am - 12.30pm and 2 - 5 pm (British time), Monday to Friday. If you leave a message we will return your call)

I will arrange for payment by SWIFT bank transfer and pay all bank charges.

I will send a bank or personal cheque (GB pounds only)

FINAL NOTES

We will acknowledge receipt of your application within 72 hrs.
Confirmation that your application has been accepted will be sent as soon as possible after this. Please do not make any travel arrangements until you have been told that your application has been accepted.
We ask that when booking your journey it is fully insured and refundable in the unlikely event of the Findhorn College having to cancel a course.
